Anonymous does not mean unsafe
In Unfiltered, users can participate without displaying their real name. This helps people ask and share more safely. However, anonymity does not allow harm — LOVA may review, moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates community rules or creates safety risks.
Cultural guidance and professional care both matter
LOVA may offer access to Kungwi guidance, trained guides, SRHR educators, or verified professionals — meant to provide culturally aware education, practical guidance, and emotional reassurance. Kungwi guidance does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, antenatal care, emergency care, or professional mental health support.
Education is support. It is not a diagnosis.
LOVA provides educational information, wellness tools, tracking support, and guidance. It does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, treatment, or in-person clinical services. Users should seek qualified medical care for urgent symptoms, pregnancy concerns, infections, severe pain, or mental health emergencies.

LOVA is designed for adults aged 18 and above. Users must follow the age requirements stated in the app, website, Terms of Use, and applicable laws.
